Continuing towards Urbino if you take the longest but most comfortable road, stop in Fermignano to admire the Ponte Romano, one of the 10 most beautiful bridges in the Marche region, and the majestic medieval tower.

A few kilometers north of Urbania is Sant’Angelo in Vado and the upper Metauro valley which offers a wide tourist choice starting from the town itself, the ancient Tifernum Mataurense.

You can explore the entire Metauro valley from Lamoli with the Benedictine Abbey and the museum of natural colors, but also Fossombrone, Forum Sempronii and the archaeological area, up to Fano Fanum Fortunae city of fortune also famous for its carnival.
